All the packages are sent from United States.

Our orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from. Average transit times to the United States: 5 – 20 Business days Average transit times to International: 17 – 45 Business days Some circumstances are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the shipping company's responsibility.

A. Before the order is shipped please email us ASAP with your order number or recipient info@mozijewelry.com. After the order is shipped generally, we cannot cancel the order in transit. If you no longer need the package, please wait for the delivery of the package to complete and then initiate a return request.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. You can track your order by the tracking number in the email. If you did not receive the confirmation email, you can contact us via email at info@mozijewelry.com to obtain your order tracking number.

Generally, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. This process will take about 1-14 days (depending on the payment method or bank you used). Therefore, you may need to wait a few days to receive your refund after we process it. If you did not receive your refund within 14 days after we processed it, please contact us at info@mozijewelry.com
